Abstract: A multiple function convection oven/grilling system comprising a chamber, which is rotatably mounted on a stand. The invention includes a stand, a rotatable cylindrically-shaped chamber, a removable cover, a removable grilling/cooking surface, a fuel support rack for hold charcoal or wood, a detachable extension to the front side of the fuel support rack that form a basket for preventing the fuel source from falling off the fuel support rack when the chamber is rotated such that the fuel source is oriented between a six o'clock position at the bottom of the chamber to a nine o'clock position. The chamber includes a rotation positioning holding feature in the form of a notched plate that engages elongate pins extending from one of the opposing ends of the cylindrical chamber.
