    Abstract: A device to prevent the use of newly placed toilets in buildings under construction by securing the toilet seat and toilet lid of a toilet in a fixed position to the toilet bowl. The toilet use prevention system includes a locking mechanism to secure an L-shape lid retainer and a J-shape bowl clamp in a position to prevent a toilet from being opened. Another embodiment prevents use of faucets in sinks and tubs.
