  • Patent number: 8043006
Abstract: An axial piston machine of swashplate construction is provided. The axial piston machine has two pivot bearing parts. In order to improve the guiding of a cage segment mounted within a gap between the two pivot bearing parts, a guide element, in the region of its rotary bearing connected to the cage segment is displaceably connected to the cage segment by an elongated guide in a longitudinal direction. The guide member, in the region of its end region connected to the other pivot bearing part, is rotatable by an associated rotary bearing and rigidly connected in the longitudinal direction to one of the two pivot bearing parts.

  • Publication number: 20100089230
Abstract: The invention relates to an axial piston machine (1) of swashplate construction, with two pivot bearing parts (13b, 13c), between which a gap (14) is arranged, in which a cage segment (15) is pivotably mounted with a plurality of rolling elements (13f) about a common pivot axis (13a), the cage segment (15) being guided by an elongated guide element (19) extending transversely to the gap (14) and projecting over the gap (14), and which at one of its ends has a round guide body (19c), with which it is pivotably mounted in a sliding guide (24), which is arranged on one of the two pivot bearing parts (13b, 13c) or built-on components thereof. The guide element (19) is respectively pivotably connected by a rotary bearing (21, 22) to the cage segment (15) and the other pivot bearing part (13c).

  • Patent number: 7513189
Abstract: The invention relates to a hydrostatic piston engine comprising a cylinder barrel (43) inside of which a first group of cylinder bores (53.1) and a second group of cylinder bores (53.2) are made. The cylinder bores of the first group (53.1) can be connected to a first hydraulic circuit, and the cylinder bores of the second group (53.2) can be connected to a second hydraulic circuit. The cylinder bores of the first group (53.1), and the cylinder bores of the second group (53.2) are realized in the cylinder barrel (43) on a shared partial circuit (76).

  • Patent number: 7458312
Abstract: The invention relates to an axial piston machine having a first group of pistons (34.1) for delivering into a first hydraulic circuit and a second group of pistons (34.2) for delivering into a second hydraulic circuit. The pistons (34.1) of the first group and the pistons (34.2) of the second group are supported on a common slanted swash plate (37?) and the slanted swash plate (37?) can be slanted to a first swivel axis (55) in order to regulate a first delivery volume of the first group of pistons (34.1) in the first hydraulic circuit (55) and to a second swivel axis (56) in order to regulate a second delivery volume of the second group of pistons (34.2) in the second hydraulic circuit.

  • Patent number: 7437873
Abstract: The invention relates to a connection block for a hydrostatic piston machine which is provided for simultaneous operation in a first hydraulic circuit and a second hydraulic circuit. A first working pressure duct (60) and a second working pressure duct (61) are formed in the connection block, via which ducts respectively a first and a second working line (7, 8) of the first hydraulic circuit can be connected to respectively a first and a second kidney-shaped control port of a control plate (52) of the hydrostatic piston machine. Furthermore, a third working pressure duct (62) and a fourth working pressure duct (63) are formed in the connection block (25), via which ducts respectively a third and a fourth working line (7?, 8?) of the second hydraulic circuit can be connected to respectively a third and a fourth kidney-shaped control port (70?, 71?) of the control plate of the hydrostatic piston machine.
