The communication system further comprises an communication element, which has a protruding element adapted for engagement with the recess in the battery compartment in such a manner that the communication element may be pivoted together with the battery compartment. Preferably the communication element when the battery compartment is in a closed position may not be displaced in relation to the communication device housing.
