Abstract: The present invention provides a children's guided breathing and meditation, mindfulness, and yoga toy. The children's toy includes a body containing one or more lights visible behind a translucent visor; a sound device that includes a flash memory integrated circuit; a microcontroller; an amplifier; a battery, and a speaker. The microcontroller is programmed with nature sounds recordings, guided breathing and meditation recordings, guided mindfulness recordings, and guided yoga recordings that when played by the child, are coordinated with light generated by the light emitting diodes (LEDs).
