  • Patent number: 11084391
Abstract: A charging station for charging electrical vehicles and comprising battery pack(s). The battery pack(s) comprise(s) batteries coupled in series and a control unit for controlling the batteries individually. Each battery (1) comprises battery cell(s) with a battery inlet line and a battery outlet line, an electrical circuit element arranged to lead from the battery inlet line to the battery outlet line to form an electrical path leading around the battery cell, and one switch. The switch is arranged in the battery outlet line or the battery inlet line and is switchable between first and second positions. The control unit is connected to the switch of each battery and is adapted for controlling the switch to switch between the first position, in which an electrical power is lead through the battery cell, and the second position, in which the electrical power is lead through the electrical circuit element.

  • Publication number: 20200122596
Abstract: A charging station (20) adapted for charging electrical vehicles (100) and comprising at least one battery pack (30). The battery pack (30) comprises a plurality of batteries (1) being coupled in series and a control unit (40) adapted for controlling each of the batteries (1) of the plurality of batteries individually. Each battery (1) comprises at least one battery cell (2) with a battery inlet line (8) and a battery outlet line (9), an electrical circuit element (5) arranged to lead from the battery inlet line (8) to the battery outlet line (9) such as to form an electrical path leading around the battery cell (2), and one switch (6 or 7). The one switch (6 or 7) is arranged in one of the battery outlet line (8) and the battery inlet line (9) and is switchable between a first position and a second position.

  • Publication number: 20120328729
Abstract: Pivotable side cores for a lower mold part in a concrete casting machine of the kind typically used for making cast items in the form of concrete blocks for pavements, wall construction or elements, solid blocks and blocks with cavities or recesses. By the pivotable side cores, recesses can be made at the side of products, where these recesses at the side of the product do not extend through to the top side of the product. By the invention are indicated pivotable side cores in a lower mold part including means that ensure that the core members forming the cavities retain their position in the lower part during compression, and at the same time are pivoted off the product during the demolding.

  • Publication number: 20110252660
Abstract: The system is peculiar in that there is provided a number of temperature sensors inside a rotary dryer, the sensors indicating a representative temperature of the materials dried/heated in the zone in which the sensor in question is located. By combining the measured temperatures with indications/measurements of flow, temperature and humidity of the materials to be dried, and temperature and humidity of the flue gas, a regulating unit/system with a simple mathematical model of the drying process may control the oil or gas burner optimally, such that the energy consumption for the drying process is minimised, and the waste of material occurring by too much or too little heating, typically by start and shutdown, is almost eliminated. The system may be used both by concurrent and countercurrent rotary dryers, respectively, and by single as well as double chambered rotary dryers, respectively, for drying and heating mineral materials, primarily for asphalt production.

  • Patent number: 7802355
Abstract: Vibration equipment includes a vibration table with rotating shafts for producing vibrations and used in casting concrete blocks for e.g. paving and erection of walls. These vibration tables are normally made of cut-out, welded steel parts that after welding constitute the main part of the vibration table, making such vibration tables costly and resulting in relatively great waste of material. This method solves the above problems by providing vibration equipment in which individual parts for the vibration table are cast in one piece or are welded and are finally fastened to each other by bolts or by welding, thereby avoid several work operations and saving material in the form of steel. Simultaneously, the vibration table is designed such that force and stress flow in the vibration table is optimized.

  • Patent number: 6832907
Abstract: In connection with the moulding of tiles and bricks, for example for paving etc., use is made of moulding equipment comprising an under-part (16) with moulding cells (18) corresponding to the shape of the tile or brick, and an upper-part (2) with tubes (6) which support downwards-extending pressure plates (8) corresponding substantially to the shape of the moulding cell, and such that the pressure plates (8), in the forming of the items by vertical displacement of the under-part (16), are fed down through the moulding cells (18). With the invention, there is disclosed an upper-part (2) comprising means whereby the upper-part (2), alternatively the under-part (16), comprises means (20, 24) which ensure that when the under-part (16) is raised to a certain minimum height, which is greater than the thickness of the mould items, the pressure plates (8) maintain their position outside, or their guiding engagement with, the sides (14) of the cell (18) corresponding therewith.

  • Patent number: 6817857
Abstract: A main frames having bottom and top frame parts for concrete molding machines of the kind which are used in making slabs or blocks for covering surfaces and erecting walls are usually made by welding together cut standard steel sections of the types HEM, RHS, UNP, etc. The requirements to materials and welds at the making of bottom frames of this kind are high due to the fact that welded structures subjected to vibration only has 10-15% of the basic material strength in the welding zones. Thus, the main frame has a bottom frame part (40) formed of two flame cut bottom plates (42, 44) arranged in parallel as an upper plate (42) and a lower plate (44) and forming the basic shape of the bottom, the bottom plates (42, 44) being interconnected by at least two longitudinal plates (46, 48) and a number of transverse plates (50, 52, 54). In this way, substantial savings are achieved as the main frame can be made with fewer or no welds in the critical areas, or with welds of a lower class.
