Abstract: Provided is a walking aid having a frame comprising a first and a second frame member, a grip connected with the upper part of the aforementioned first frame member, a first steerable wheel arranged on the bottom end of the aforementioned first frame member and a second wheel which is arranged on the lower end of the second frame member. The wheels are connected with the frame such that stability in a first plane is ensured for a user during an application of a vertical load on the aforementioned grip. The walking aid extends on one side of the user.
