Abstract: A method and system for facilitating management of content display opportunities, such as management of advertising accounts of a magazine publisher, includes recommendations, talking points, and a user interface for displaying content, such as digital images of magazine advertisements. Recommended content display opportunities, such as recommended advertisers for a publication associated with a user, are presented to the user based on information related to the user and information related to multiple advertisers. In addition, recommended discussion points for a communication with a content provider, such as an advertiser, may be provided. The method and system also include a user interface for presenting content from multiple content sources, such as digital images of magazine advertisements from multiple magazines, including magazines that are not associated with the user.

Abstract: A preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a pant-leg retaining device that requires no structural modification to the garment or to the footwear and comprises a U-shaped clip formed from an elastically resilient material, a portion of which is covered with a decorative cover. A clamping assembly attached to a front face of the U-shaped clip adapts to selectively and releasably hold a portion of the pant leg. A portion of the front face includes a shield member adapted to protect an engaging edge of the front face from wear from repeated use and, ideally, the shield piece is colored in contrasting color to the cover material.

Abstract: A method of collecting and analyzing large amounts of continuous real time vehicle measurement data from more than 50 monitored parameters includes providing a system for collecting and analyzing large amounts of continuous real time vehicle measurement data from more than 50 monitored parameters; receiving continuous real time vehicle measurement data from more than 50 monitored parameters and filing the data into parameter data logs; analyzing data trends and associations in the vehicle measurement data; identifying subsystem and component failures from the analyzed data trends and associations; classifying and reporting pending failures and failures based on the identified subsystem and component failures; and updating and training the system to recognize new failures and pending failures.
