Abstract: A verifiable property record of a property using a distributed electronic ledger. A request is received to add an item to the distributed electronic ledger, where the item is related to the property. A determination is made whether the item is authorized to be added to the distributed electronic ledger including determining whether the source of the request is permitted to write to the distributed electronic ledger. The source of the request may be permitted to write to the distributed electronic ledger if the source has explicit permission or has satisfied one or more verification criteria. If the item is authorized to be added to the distributed electronic ledger, the item is written to the distributed electronic ledger.

Abstract: A system and method may be provided for displaying a content object to a user. A difference between a real time and an origination time of the content object may be calculated. When the difference exceeds a predetermined time frame in which the user may desire a content object to be available for display, an application or a website may be prompted to remove the content object from content objects available for display in the application or on the website. Additionally, the method and the system may provide calculating a social score for each content object that may be displayed. An unfavorable social score may prompt the application or the website to warn the user before the user may be permitted to share the displayed content object with other users.
