Then, the control circuit may provide feedback based on the determined need for milk that synchronizes the one or more breast-pumping sessions and the milk consumption. For example, the feedback may alert the individual to initiate a breast-pumping session and/or may provide a signal to a breast pump that initiates a breast-pumping session.

The system may include a first user interface on a computing device with software configured for receiving a first notification regarding an IPA. Further, the system may include at least one database, which includes information related to the IPA. The system may further include a second user interface on the computing device. The second user interface may be configured to display information related to the IPA and/or options for responding to the first notification. In some embodiments, the information and/or options may be retrieved from at least one database. A method for managing an IPA may include receiving a first notification in reference to an IPA, retrieving information related to the IPA, and displaying at least one option for responding to the first notification.
