Abstract: This present invention relates to an anxiety treatment kit for an individual to help reduce anxiety and panic in the individual. The anxiety treatment kit includes a plurality of anxiety coping items from which a user can choose to remain calm and grounded. The anxiety coping items include, but are not limited to, rubber bands, lavender oil, sour powder, CBD products, cold and squishy items, inspirational cards and meditation or relaxation tips to relax and calm a user during the time of an anxiety attack. The anxiety treatment kit may be made available both as a one-time purchase or in a subscription-based model. The box of the present invention is reusable, and features an easy open lid to provide convenient access to the anxiety coping items stored therein.
