Typical devices include various types of cameras, firearms and/or antennas. The apparatus includes a first plate and a second plate movable with respect to each other and a fixed location by a pivot rod. The first plate and the second plate are locked with respect to each other by at least one fastener. The apparatus includes adjustment of the pitch angle and the yaw angle of the device. This invention also relates to a method of boresighting a device with respect to the boresight of a second device.
