  • Publication number: 20130048192
Abstract: The sealing method is to firstly form a circuit layout with electrode contacts on a circuit board and flip-chip light emitting diodes (FCLEDs) are electrically connected to the electrode contacts by adhesive material. After the adhesive material is solidified, a plastic ring is attached to the circuit board to surround the LEDs and cycle dispensing is used to coat fluorescent-powder gel within plastic ring on the exposed sides of the LEDs and on the surface of the circuit board between neighboring LEDs. Then, vacuum de-aerating and baking is conducted and a light engine module is formed. In the present invention, the lateral light from the LEDs forms a light extension area where the coated fluorescent-powder gel there is activated and extended planar light is as such produced. The present invention is therefore able to increase lighting efficiency, light projection angle, light brightness, and uniformity.

  • Patent number: 7359704
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are disclosed for registering a subscriber to a communications network. One method receives a registration request to access a first communications network. The registration request is routed to a second communications network based upon an international mobile subscriber identity number associated with the subscriber. The international mobile subscriber identity number allows the subscriber to register with the second communications network.

  • Patent number: 7257401
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are disclosed for delivering a message to a communications device. One method migrates a subscriber's communications device to a Global System for Mobile communications network. The subscriber's communications device is migrated from a Time Division Multiple Access communications network or a Code Division Multiple Access communications network. An origination request is received from the communications device, and the origination request is for sending the message from the communications device. The origination request includes a network address. The network address is associated to a signaling point code, and the signaling point code identifies a message service center in the Global System for Mobile communications network. The origination request is routed to the message service center in the Global System for Mobile communications network, wherein the origination request is processed by the message service center.

  • Patent number: 5656019
Abstract: The invention is of an improved massage device which is useful in manipulating bodily areas such as the cervical, thoracic and lumbar areas of one's back. The device includes four balls which are interconnected by three wire segments. The balls and the wire segments are relatively arranged whereby the device comfortably fits in the palm of a user's hand, thereby making use of the device as simple and effortless as rubbing the user's palm over the massagee's back.

  • Patent number: 4101189
Abstract: This invention relates to a card edge connector, multiple numbers of which are arranged in banks and interconnected by discrete wires. The present invention provides a system for lacing wires through passageways and channels, thereby aligning the wires for insertion within slotted plate electrical contacts. One or a pair of wires may be inserted in each contact. Wire gripping strain relief is provided in each of the wire aligning passageways. The passageways and channels position the wire in an orderly arrangement in different planes within the connectors. Wire retention gates prevent removal of the wires from the channels and passageways.
