  • Publication number: 20230352276
Abstract: A manifold assembly for a processing chamber in a substrate processing system includes a manifold. The manifold includes a first valve assembly configured to flow a liquid coolant at a first temperature from a first channel of a coolant assembly to the processing chamber. The first valve assembly is configured to flow the liquid coolant at a cryogenic temperature. The manifold further includes a first weldment block including tubing associated with the first valve assembly, a second valve assembly configured to flow the liquid coolant at a second temperature greater than the first temperature from a second channel of the coolant assembly to the processing chamber, and a second weldment block including tubing associated with the second valve assembly. An insulative housing enclosing the first valve assembly, the first weldment block, and the second weldment block. The insulative housing is comprised of a plurality of layers of an insulative material.

  • Publication number: 20080263045
Abstract: A multi-tiered, secured information hub includes a plurality of information folders each containing information provided by an account owner. An Manage Account section permits the account owner to designate authorized users who have permission to access the information hub and to designate which portions of the information can be viewed by each of the authorized users. A timed window access limitation may be applied to some of the information so that authorized users can only view the information for a limited time period. A tracking section date and time stamps all information as it is added to the information hub and monitors and records the authorized users' access and use of the hub.

  • Patent number: 6565171
Abstract: Variances are introduced into at least one component of a large format inkjet printer to substantially reduce the formation of vertical bands during a printing process. In one respect, the relationship between the carriage speed and the vibrations caused by operation of the voltage receiving component is utilized in the implementation of the variances. That is, operation of the voltage receiving component creates a temporal frequency caused by its vibration which leads the carriage to vibrate at a certain rate of time (temporal frequency) as it travels across the printing pass. At least by virtue of the travel across the printing pass, the carriage converts the temporal frequency caused by the vibrations of the carriage and the voltage receiving component into a spatial frequency. The temporal frequency generally translates into a delay or an event that occurs at certain moments in time which may cause drops of ink that are fired to be misplaced on the medium.

  • Publication number: 20030081240
Abstract: A system and method for modifying print settings for a processed file is disclosed. An application generates a file to printed by a printing device. A print settings software is configured to modify print settings in the generated file prior to the file being printed. The print settings software generates a display of print settings that may be modified by a user. The user selects print settings, and the print settings software modifies a header file to include the user-selected print settings. The file is then printed with the user-selected print settings.

  • Patent number: 6025750
Abstract: A digital filter includes a)--a plurality of means for the sampling (10, 11, 12, 13, 20, 21, 22, 30, 31) with different delays, of an incoming signal (S), and b)--means (7) to carry out a linear combination of samples produced by the said sampling means (10, 11, 12, 13, 20, 21, 22, 30, 31). The filter is characterized in that a sampling frequency (F/2) of at least some of the sampling means (20, 21, 22) which are associated with delays longer than some of the other sampling means (10, 11, 12, 13) is lower than a sampling frequency (F) of said other sampling means.
