The master data indicates at least one exception of one of the assigned regulations. The at least one exception defines a modification of the one of the regulations. The system further comprises a user interface for selection of a sub-set of the set of materials to be transported and a processor for checking compliance of the sub-set with the regulations that are assigned to the materials of the sub-set.
