Abstract: A face mask comprises a container coupled to a first surface of a face mask, a fragrance material disposed in the container, and an exhalation valve coupled to a second surface of the a face mask. The fragrance material comprises a fluid configured to evaporate from the fragrance material, and the container is configured to releasably engage the exhalation valve to form a closed chamber. The closed chamber is configured to enclose the fragrance material when the container is releasably engaged with the exhalation valve.

Abstract: Embodiments relate generally to a traction surface and methods for forming the traction surface. The traction surface may comprise a compound material comprising glass fibers oriented orthogonal to the surface of the compound material extending from the compound material, wherein when the traction surface contacts an icy surface, the glass fibers are operable to penetrate a liquid-like top layer of the icy surface to provide grip with an ice layer below the liquid-like top layer. The method for forming the traction surface may comprise integrating glass fibers into a compound material; orienting the glass fibers within the compound material such that the glass fibers are oriented approximately orthogonal to the surface of the compound material; splitting the compound material to expose the glass fibers, wherein the glass fibers extend from the surface of the compound material; and forming the split compound material into a traction surface.

Abstract: An improved headband (12) for a head safety product such as a face shield, hardhat (10) or welding helmet includes a horizontal section (14) configured to encircle the head and an adjustment mechanism (14a) configured to adjust a circumference of the horizontal section. A nape-belt section (16) depends from the horizontal section (14) and is configured to cup the occipital area of the head and has a pivotal movement relative to the horizontal section (14). A flexible section (20) is connected between the horizontal section (14) and the nape-belt section (16). The flexible section (20) spring-biasing the pivotal movement of the nape-belt section (16) relative to the horizontal section (14).

In some embodiments, the cam assembly may comprise and upper cam layer and a lower cam layer attached via clips to the rotating knob. Upon rotation of the knob, the upper cam layer may cause the earplugs to fall through one or more cavities to the lower cam layer. The lower cam layer may comprise a pushing structure operable to move the earplugs, upon rotation of the knob, within the lower cam layer to fall down through an opening in the dispenser. In some embodiments, the earplugs may fall through an opening in the rotating knob.
