  • Patent number: 11462049
Abstract: A fingerprint identification apparatus, including a light path adjustment element, an optical filter layer, and an image sensor, is provided. The light path adjustment element is disposed on a transmission path of an image beam from a fingerprint of a user. The optical filter layer is disposed on a transmission path of the image beam from the light path adjustment element. The optical filter layer has openings. An inclined image beam in the image beam is obliquely incident to the light path adjustment element. The light path adjustment element adjusts a light path of the inclined image beam to be transmitted to the openings along a normal direction. The image sensor is disposed on a transmission path of the image beam from the optical filter layer. The image sensor has pixels. Positions of the pixels respectively correspond to positions of the openings.

  • Publication number: 20160360080
Abstract: A high-admittance local suppression highlight imaging system includes a first optical zoom lens having a plurality of lenses, inclusive of at least three aspheric lenses, to thereby function as an imaging system; a second optical zoom lens including a plurality of lenses symmetrically arranged to thereby function as a relay system; a polarizing beam splitter disposed between the first optical zoom lens and the second optical zoom lens; a LCoS disposed at an imaging point at an end of the first optical zoom lens; and a photosensitive component provided in form of a CCD or a CMOS and disposed at an imaging point at an end of the second optical zoom lens. Therefore, the imaging system features enhanced admittance of light, ensures that images captured during a nocturnal picture-taking process will be clear but not overexposed, and is applicable to nocturnal vehicle surveillance and the other safety detection systems.

  • Patent number: 9197819
Abstract: An exposure-suppressing imaging system has a first optical assembly forming a first image of an object on a focal plane thereof, a beam splitter positioned between the first optical assembly and the focal plane of the first optical assembly; an LCOS reflective light modulator positioned on the focal plane, and selectively and partially altering the reflectivity thereof to reflect the first image back to the beam splitter; a second optical assembly positioned on a side of the beam splitter and receiving the reflected first image to form a second image on a focal plane of the second optical assembly; a light sensor converting the second image into a signal; and a controller receiving the signal computed as a third image, and selectively controlling the reflectivity of the LCOS reflective light modulator according to whether the signal contains information of overexposure on the third image.
