  • Publication number: 20250004148
Abstract: Disclosed is a pixel sensor circuit including a photodiode element and a transistor element. The photodiode element is configured to sense an X-ray to generate a photocurrent signal. The photodiode element has a first end and a second end. A bias voltage is applied to the first end of the photodiode element. The transistor element is coupled to the second end of the photodiode element. The transistor element is configured to control the photocurrent signal to be read out. The voltage value of the bias voltage is adjusted according to the intensity of the X-ray.

  • Patent number: 9101326
Abstract: A method of image reconstruction is provided. When an object is not placed in a measurement space, first intensity images of an electromagnetic wave passing through the measurement space and corresponding to photon energy levels are measured. When the object is placed in the measurement space, second intensity images of the electromagnetic wave passing through the object and corresponding to photon energy levels are measured. In a database, data including an attenuation coefficient of each substance respectively having components irradiated by the electromagnetic wave corresponding to each photon energy level and a thickness of each substance in a transmission direction of the electromagnetic wave corresponding to each photon energy level are provided. Attenuation images of the object respectively corresponding to the components are calculated according to the data and the first and second intensity images. An image reconstruction system and a method and system of image construction are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20130171935
Abstract: A method for establishing a connection between wireless communication devices suitable for sharing data between a sender and a receiver is provided. Both the sender and the receiver respectively have a built-in acceleration sensor to enable the sender and the receiver obtaining an internal tap-data and external tap-data. A first-connection is established between the sender and at least one receiver all around. The sender bumps the receiver both for sharing data. The sender receives the external tap-data from at least one receiver via the first-connection, the internal tap-data is compared with the external tap-data to filter out not-bumped receivers and then the bumped receiver is confirmed. Then, a second-connection is established between the bumped sender and receiver according to a security protocol so as to mutually share data through the second connection between the sender and the receiver.
