The electron transporting property of the organic compound of the present invention is improved based on the chemical structure of the organic compound. Accordingly, when the organic compound is used for the organic light emitting diode and the organic light emitting display device, the driving voltage is reduced, and the lifetime and the emitting efficiency are improved.
