    Abstract: Provided are a sidewall insert rubber composition for run-flat tire, which includes 100 parts by weight of raw material rubber including 30 to 60 parts by weight of natural rubber and 40 to 70 parts by weight of butadiene rubber; 40 to 70 parts by weight of carbon black; 3 to 10 parts by weight of a novolac resin; and 0.2 to 2 parts by weight of a methylene donor, and a tire produced using the rubber composition. The sidewall insert rubber composition for run-flat tire has excellent processability in an unvulcanized state, and produces a tire having excellent resistance to heat generation, resistance to fatigue and resistance to cracking, and having excellent run-flat performance and excellent low fuel consumption performance.
