Abstract: Provided are a droplet application device and a droplet application method, which check printing states for at least two directions when printing a test pattern on a substrate to check deviation of the substrate and a nozzle alignment state of an inkjet head for at least two directions. The droplet application device includes: an inkjet system including an ink pack assembly which includes a plurality of inkjet heads and discharges ink from each of the inkjet heads onto a substrate to print a test pattern, a pack transfer part which transfers the ink pack assembly, and a substrate transfer part which transfers the substrate; and a vision inspection unit for determining an alignment state of the inkjet heads by inspecting print direction information of the test pattern printed on the substrate, in which the test pattern includes at least two print direction information.

Abstract: Provided are a substrate treatment apparatus and method which reconstruct a compensation nozzle map by processing nozzles in a specific area among all nozzles as unused nozzles. The substrate treatment apparatus includes: a process processing unit supporting a substrate while the substrate is being treated; an inkjet head unit including a plurality of nozzles and jetting a substrate treatment liquid onto the substrate to treat the substrate; a gantry unit moving the inkjet head unit on the substrate; and a controller controlling the nozzles, wherein the controller compensates for an abnormal nozzle by not using normal nozzles.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for managing turret tools for a machine tool, and more particularly, by setting tool information and changing a mounting location of the tool, which is to be mounted or has been mounted, by using visual information about a turret mounted in the machine tool and the tool mounted in the turret, a user may intuitively check information about a tool mounted on the turret and to easily set tool installation information which needs to be set when mounting and detaching the tool, changing a location of the tool, or installing the tool in a machine tool.
