    Abstract: A fixing mechanism for securing a printed circuit board (10) to a computer chassis, includes a fixing board (20), a tray (60) for securing the printed circuit board, and a driving device (40). The fixing board forms a number of fastening portions (21) to engage in fastening holes (65) of the tray. The driving device includes a sliding board (41) slidably attached to the fixing board, a pull handle (47) pivotally connected to the fixing board, a connecting block (43) arranged to the pull handle, and a linking element (45). The linking element connects the connecting block to the sliding board, the tray is connected to the sliding board. The pull handle is rotated to move the tray between a locked position and an unlocked position.

    Abstract: A mounting apparatus includes a bracket (20), a slidable member (40), a retention member (50), and a pair of shock absorbers (80). The bracket is for receiving a storage device (10) therein, the bracket including a pair of opposite first and second sidewalls (24, 26), and a pair of through holes (246) is defined in the first sidewall. The slidable member is movably attached to the first sidewall of the bracket. The retention member is spring-loaded, and is movable relative to the slidable member and the first sidewall respectively in different directions. A pair of latches (54) is formed on the retention member, the latches being capable of being extended through the through holes respectively for engaging the storage device. The shock absorber is arranged to an internal surface of the second sidewall for engaging the storage device.

    Abstract: A protection device is provided to protect connectors which are to be connected to electronic interfaces at a panel of a computer chassis (10). The protection device includes a bracket (30) secured to the panel, and a cover (50) pivotally attached to the bracket for shielding the connectors. The cover defines a plurality of slots for extension of cables of the connectors therethrough. The slots include a large assembly slot (59), a narrow accommodating slot (58), and a connecting slot communicating the assembly slot and the accommodating slot. The accommodating slot is in alignment with a zone disposed at the panel of the computer chassis having at least one electronic interface for collecting a cable of at least one connector, the assembly slot allowing entrance of the at least one connector is not in alignment with the zone.

An opening (142) is defined in the bottom panel. The base member comprises a top wall (32) and a bottom wall (34). Through holes (324, 342) are respectively defined in the top wall and the bottom wall. The foot comprises a base (62) and a pole (64) disposed in the through holes. A hook (646) is formed at a distal end of the pole. The latch is mounted to the base member for grasping the hook. When the supporting apparatus is hidden into the opening of the bottom panel, the hook is grasped by the latch. When the supporting apparatus slides outwardly from the opening of the bottom panel, the hook is released from the latch.

    Abstract: A computer bezel includes a main body (100), a shutter (10) movably attached to the main body, a pair of springs (50) connecting the shutter and the main body, and a bracket (40). The first rail and the second rail each include an orientating rail (124, 134) and a guiding rail (122, 132). A door lock (170) is secured on the main body. The shutter includes a first sliding portion (22), a second sliding portion (24), and an engaging end (36). When the first sliding portion and the second sliding portion slide into the guiding rail, the shutter is opened, the engaging end is engaged into the door lock, and the springs are extended. When the first sliding portion and the second sliding portion slide into the orientating rail, the shutter is closed, the engaging end is disengaged from the door lock, and the springs are rebounded.

The operating body includes: a resilient tongue (28) having a first wedge (22); and a second wedge (27). The first and second wedges engage in the first and second holes respectively. One slide member includes a protrusion (49?) and a buffer (47?). The protrusion snappingly engages with the first wedge so that it abuts the first wedge and prevents said slide member from moving back out from the drive bracket. The buffer abuts the stop plate and prevents the slide member from moving too far into the drive bracket.
