    Abstract: A method for risk assessment of a power system in extreme weather conditions considering deep feature mining for risk assessment of a power system. The risk assessment method includes: dividing the entire power system into regions based on geographical locations; combining historical wind speed data to construct a correlation model for strong wind extreme weather in multiple regions of the power system; constructing a strong wind scenario sample set for each region based on the correlation model; obtaining the probability of transmission line failure in the corresponding region under each strong wind scenario in the strong wind scenario sample set; randomly assigning a power system operating condition to each strong wind scenario in each region, and obtaining the operating risk value of the power system under the corresponding operating condition; constructing and training a risk assessment model; and using the model to provide a power system operating risk score assessment.

    Abstract: A floating object cleanup device includes a collection vessel, two towing vessels with built-in power systems, and two intercepting arms. The collection vessel and the two towing vessels are hooked together by the two intercepting arms. Each of both sides of the collection vessel is provided with an intercepting arm tightening assembly and an arm supporting member. The intercepting arm tightening assembly includes rotating shaft sleeves, positioning blocks, a rotating shaft, and tightening arms. Multiple rotating shaft sleeves are fixed to positions, adjacent to the top, on a side surface of the collection vessel through the positioning blocks. The rotating shaft penetrates all the rotating shaft sleeves located at one side of the collection vessel, and an elastic member is positioned at a position where the rotating shaft contacts with the rotating shaft sleeve.

In an embodiment, a remote sensing method includes obtaining data points that are spatially distributed and have respective intensity values, by performing a remote detection and ranging operation, determining a spatial autocorrelation of a set of data points, out of the data points, based on a difference in distances between data points in the data points, determining an intensity weight multiplier based on a reference intensity value of the data points and an average intensity value of the data points, and determining a quality score of the set of data points by applying the intensity weight multiplier to the spatial autocorrelation of the set of data points; and identifying, based on the quality score, whether the set of data points includes one or more data points that are created by a noise source.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are a secondary battery, which is formed in the shape of a plate and has an electrode assembly mounted in a battery case made of a laminated sheet including a metal layer and a resin layer, wherein the secondary battery is constructed in a structure in which independent coupling type frame members are mounted to the outside part of a sheathing member serving as the battery case, and a medium- or large-sized battery module including the same as a unit cell. Consequently, the secondary battery has a high mechanical strength and a large sealing force. Furthermore, the electrical connection is accomplished without bending the electrode leads. Also, the battery module, which is constructed with the secondary battery as a unit cell, can be manufactured with a compact structure and a relatively light weight. Furthermore, the assembly process of the battery module is greatly simplified.
