Abstract: A system-on-a-chip and a power gating circuit thereof are provided. The power gating circuit includes a first transistor, a charge pump circuit, and a hold circuit. A gate terminal of the first transistor is controlled by a first input signal. A first source/drain terminal of the first transistor is coupled to a first voltage. A second source/drain terminal of the first transistor outputs an output voltage. The charge pump circuit is coupled to a bulk terminal of the first transistor for changing a bulk voltage of the first transistor according to a second input signal. The hold circuit is coupled to the bulk terminal of the first transistor for holding the bulk voltage of the first transistor.

Abstract: An optical fiber photocatalytic reactor is provided. The reactor comprises a reaction zone and multiple fibers located in the reaction zone. The fiber comprises a photocatalyst that is coated onto its surface via a thermal hydrolysis method. The adhesion between the fiber and the photocatalyst thereon is strong, and thus, the delamination of the photocatalyst film on the fiber can be prevented. Moreover, the optical fiber photocatalytic reactor is useful for the decomposition of nitrogen oxide which is one of air's most harmful contaminants. The present invention exhibits a high conversion of nitrogen oxide.

Abstract: A photocatalytic reactor is disclosed herein, which includes a rotatable light guide plate and a light source. The light guide plate is coated with a photocatalyst film on a surface thereof. A light beam emitted from the light source can be coupled into and propagate inside the light guide plate to activate the photocatalysis of the photocatalyst film. Additionally, the rotation of the light guide plate further expedites the photocatalysis so as to enhance the reaction efficiency of the photocatalytic reactor.

According to the invention, backup/recovery system comprises a CD/DVD emulator, a converter and a display. The CD/DVD emulator is used for creating the video/audio content into an image. The converter is used for converting the image to other formats. The display is used for displaying the converted image. The invention copies a CD or unprotected DVD as a compressed image, which the user can play in place of original discs.

The monitoring module is used for monitoring a change operation to the computer system. The message database is used for storing message for the change operation. The monitoring module monitors whether or not the computer system is being infected by virus, spyware, Trojan or other security threats, in accordance with the stored message, so as to enhance the efficiency, which can also improve protective capability.

The follower is fixedly connected to a front wheel. The front wheel fork is connected to a lower end of the pedal fork. An upper end of the pedal fork is connected with a pedal seat. A pedal shaft is pivotally installed to the pedal seat. The pedal shaft is fixed with a driving means. The driven means serves to connect the driving means and the follower. Thereby, the volume and weight of the tricycle are reduced so that it can be carried easily. Moreover, the tricycle is suitable for children and adults.
