    Abstract: A vertical memory device may include a channel connecting pattern on a substrate, gate electrodes spaced apart from each other in a first direction on the channel connecting pattern, and a channel extending in the first direction through the gate electrodes and the channel connecting pattern. Each of the electrodes may extend in a second direction substantially parallel to an upper surface of the substrate, and the first direction may be substantially perpendicular to the upper surface of the substrate. An end portion of the channel connecting pattern in a third direction substantially parallel to the upper surface of the substrate and substantially perpendicular to the second direction may have an upper surface higher than an upper surface of other portions of the channel connecting pattern except for a portion thereof adjacent the channel.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a mold and a method of manufacturing a mesh-integrated filter using the same. The mold includes a lower body; a protruding pin provided to the lower body to protrude upward; a plurality of sliders slidably disposed on the lower body to move forward and surrounding a circumference of the protruding pin; an upper body covering upper sides of the sliders and having an injection hole formed therethrough such that a liquid resin is injected into a gap between the protruding pin and the sliders through the injection hole; and a shaping portion for forming a mesh-integrated filter upon hardening of the liquid resin. The mold can form a mesh-integrated filter in a closed state to improve productivity by eliminating a separate process for assembling a mesh and a filter.

One end of a terminal is connected to a wire, and the other end thereof is fitted into and secured to one end of the insertion part. A holder is fitted into and secured to the other end of the insertion part. A condenser has a contact terminal which is in contact with the terminal, and is mounted to the holder.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a connector for use in a vehicle, the connector including a male connector, a female connector and a connector cover mounted on the circumferential surface of the female connector thereby providing secure connection and removing/reducing noise of the vehicle. More specifically, the female connector includes a housing, a projection formed to project on top of the housing, an operating lever horizontally disposed over the housing in the forward and backward direction to perform a seesaw motion, and a locking projection formed at the front bottom of the operating lever. On the other hand, the male connector is configured to be inserted into the female connector and connected to the female connector by the locking projection. Furthermore, the female connector is double locked and the connector cover is molded with ferrite powder to remove or reduce noise of the vehicle.
