    Abstract: Automatic generation of intelligent content is created using a system of computers including a user device and a cloud-based component that processes the user information. The system performs a process that includes receiving a user query for creating content in a content generation application and determining an action from an intent of the user query. A prompt is generated based on the action and provided to a natural language generation model. In response to the prompt, output is received from the natural language generation model. Response content is generated based on the output in a format compatible with the content generation application. At least some of the response content is displayed to the user. The user can choose to keep, edit, or discard the response content. The user can iterate with additional queries until the content document reflects the user's desired content.

The system and method allow rich content transformation to be separately processed on a client device and on a cloud-based server. The client device downsizes a rich content and transmits the downsized rich content to the cloud-based server via a network. The cloud-based server calculates function parameters based on the downsized rich content using one or more machine learning models included in the server. The calculated function parameters are transmitted to the client device via the network. The client device then applies these function parameters to the rich content on the client device to obtain the transformed rich content.

The method can determine switching reference information of a first reference frame trailer packet of a first video stream and switching reference information of a second reference frame trailer packet of a second video stream, when receiving a switching instruction; and switch from the first video stream sent through the target egress port to the second video stream based on the switching reference information of the first switching packet and the switching reference information of the second switching packet. Because locations of data packets sent before and after switching are considered during video stream switching, damage caused by a switching operation to a transmitted video image can be effectively reduced.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a cellulose nanocrystal-supported sodium alginate adsorbent and use thereof in enriching organic phosphorus in wastewater, belonging to the technical field of environmental engineering. Cellulose nanocrystals are prepared from papermaking deinking sludge through chemical conditioning, drying, crushing, chemical oxidation and microwave assisted separation, and then supported on alginate under weakly acidic conditions to provide the cellulose nanocrystals with the ability to enrich organic phosphorus in wastewater. By using this method, the content of organic phosphorus in the wastewater can be significantly reduced, the total phosphorus in the effluent can be reduced, and the wastewater treatment effluent can satisfy the discharge standard. The enriched organic phosphorus can be recycled as a phosphorus resource through incineration.
