    Abstract: In a method for switching between text input assistant an electronic device, a touch force of a touch operation is sensed by a force sensor of an input device and converted into a first electrical signal. The touch force works to formulate the first electrical signal. The text input assistant associated with such touch force is determined according to a preset relationship table. The determined text input assistant is determined to be the same as or different from a current text input assistant, and if the determined text input assistant is different from the current text input assistant, the device switches the current text input assistant to the determined text input assistant. An input interface associated with the new text input assistant is also displayed.
