  • Publication number: 20240128494
Abstract: A pouch type all-solid-state battery including a reference electrode is disclosed. In the all-solid-state battery, a potential variation of each electrode is accurately measured because the ion transfer path between the reference electrode and a positive electrode/negative electrode is short. Accordingly, the all-solid-state battery secures a desired cell performance while having battery specifications similar to actual battery specifications.

  • Publication number: 20240087843
Abstract: The inventive concept provides a substrate treating method. The substrate treating method includes taking in a substrate to a treating space to mount on a support unit; upwardly moving the support unit after mounting the substrate on the support unit; determining whether the support unit moves normally after the upwardly moving the support unit; and treating the substrate by generating a plasma in the treating space, and wherein at the determining whether the support unit moves normally, before the plasma is generated at the treating space at the treating the substrate, whether a pulse distance matching a predetermined distance data according to a pulse value of a driving unit which pulse-moves a moving body which moves the support unit in a top/down direction, matches a movement distance of the moving body is determined, and an interlock is generated if the pulse distance and the movement distance is different.

  • Patent number: 10540770
Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for fully automatically segmenting a joint based on a patient-specific optimal thresholding method and a watershed algorithm. The method of fully automatically segmenting an image may include the steps of extracting region information corresponding to a target object to be segmented from a medical image of the target object by associating a thresholding method and a load path algorithm, generating a first mask MASK 1 based on the extracted region information, generating a morphological patch by performing morphological subdivision on the medical image based on a watershed algorithm, generating a second mask MASK 2 based on the generated morphological patch, and segmenting an image corresponding to the target object from the medical image based on the first mask and the second mask.
