Abstract: An apparatus and method for treating a substrate are provided. The apparatus includes at least one first process chamber configured to supply a developer onto the substrate; at least one second process chamber configured to treat the substrate using a supercritical fluid; a transfer chamber configured to transfer the substrate from the at least one first process chamber to the at least one second process chamber, while the developer supplied in the at least one first process chamber remains on the substrate; and a temperature and humidity control system configured to manage temperature and humidity of the transfer chamber by supplying a first gas of constant temperature and humidity into the transfer chamber.

Abstract: The present invention relates to predicting a future onset possibility of a disease by using an artificial intelligence algorithm, and a method for predicting the onset of the disease may include: obtaining input data based on medical checkup data of a subject; generating output data indicating an onset possibility of the disease by year from the input data by using a trained artificial intelligence model; determining at least one item with a relatively high contribution to a result of the output data; and outputting information regarding the onset possibility of the disease by year and the at least one item.

Provided is the optimal transfer hospital determining method comprising: determining candidate hospitals; acquiring status information about an emergency patient; determining the severity of the patient on the basis of the acquired status information; calculating emergency event possibility information on the basis of the acquired status information; acquiring transport resources availability information about the determined candidate hospitals; calculating the suitability of each candidate hospital on the basis of the determined severity of the patient, the acquired emergency event possibility information, and the transport resource availability information; and determining the optimal transfer hospital on the basis of the calculated suitability of each candidate hospital.
