Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for fast searching a genealogical tree among patents recorded in a patent database and displaying the searched results. In details, the present invention extracts the patents having fields containing genealogical tree information from a patent database and makes the patent numbers in the same format and deletes the repeated paren patents and finally generates family relation sets and family member sets to generate the genealogical tree.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for analyzing the mutual citation relationship of the patents, which are desired to be sought from the patent databases having the fields containing the patent information of the prior patents, which were cited by filing a patent application, and relates to a method for providing the analyzed results. At the present invention, the selected patents from the prior patents are distinguished and analyzed according to the one of the three cases: a first case that a user tries to analyze the patents cited as a reference by a target patent at the time of filing, a second case that a user tries to analyze the patents citing the target patent as a reference at the time of filing and a third case that a user tries to analyze the two kinds of patents.

Abstract: This invention relates to a method for fast searching and analyzing inter-relations between patents associated with a target patent from a patent database having information on issued patents of United States and published European patents and creating a citation relation diagram. Especially, this invention is characterized by a method of creating a patent relation table through inter-relation between patents, classifying the data stored in the table into many independent folders by using a specific Hashing function and storing the classified data into the independent folders in the form of computer files.
