  • Publication number: 20200325520
Abstract: In order to quantitatively analyze nucleic acids present in a sample or a complex medium, a nucleic acid extraction or purification process is required. However, the yield of nucleic acid extraction and purification is greatly variable depending on the purification principle and the characteristics of kit and sample used. Hence, efficient normalization of nucleic acid extraction and purification yield is a prerequisite for accurate quantitative analysis of nucleic acid based on the original sample. The present invention relates to a quantitative analysis method of a nucleic acid present in a sample or a complex medium without amplification of a target nucleic acid.

  • Patent number: 10765194
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of preparing a dry hydrogel sheet including the steps of: preparing a cellulose ether dispersion solution; transferring the dispersion solution to a coater while maintaining the temperature of the dispersion solution in the range of a gelation temperature of the dispersion solution to a boiling point of a dispersion medium; applying the dispersion solution transferred to the coater as a sheet; preparing a hydrogel sheet by cooling the applied dispersion solution to induce gelation; and drying the hydrogel sheet. Since the dry hydrogel sheet prepared by the method has a low moisture content, it is possible to ensure the stability of active ingredients, quantify functional components to be applied to the dry hydrogel sheet, and ensure the uniformity of the surface appearance and thickness of the dry hydrogel sheet, which results in the improvement of the quality of a final product.

  • Publication number: 20200253841
Abstract: A composition for a hydrogel sheet may include a cellulose ether, a gelling agent, and a gelling promoter, where an aqueous 2 wt % solution of the cellulose either may have a viscosity of 3 cps to 300 cps, as measured under a condition of 20 ° C. using an Ubbelohde viscometer. The gelling agent may include one or more selected from the group consisting of carrageenan, locust bean gum, mannose, and water chestnut flour.

  • Patent number: 10617608
Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for a hydrogel sheet including a cellulose ether, a gelling agent, and a gelling promoter, a hydrogel sheet prepared therefrom, and a method of preparing the hydrogel sheet. According to the present invention, the composition for a hydrogel sheet can be used to prepare a hydrogel sheet capable of maintaining the shape thereof without a support by limiting a type of the gelling agent and/or a viscosity of the cellulose ether included in the composition.

  • Patent number: 10562983
Abstract: Disclosed are a method for preparing hydroxypropyl methylcellulose acetate succinate (HPMCAS) grains and HPMCAS grains. The disclosed method for preparing HPMCAS grains comprises: a step of esterifying hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), acetic anhydride, and succinic anhydride in a reaction medium in the presence of a catalyst so as to obtain a reaction solution containing HPMCAS (esterification step); and a step of continuously or intermittently putting the reaction solution into water so as to form grains (granulating step).

  • Publication number: 20150346221
Abstract: Provided is a quantification method for a sulfur-containing organic compound. The quantification method may quantify the sulfur-containing organic compound without limitation. Preferably, the quantification method is more effective for quantifying organic compounds of which quantification is difficult to perform, such as a macromolecule such as a biomaterial, or the organic compound having a hygroscopic property or being present in a hydrated form, and significantly effectively quantifying high purity standard materials of peptide or protein among the biomaterials.
