Abstract: An exemplary touch panel device includes a substrate, an insulating layer form on a surface of the substrate, a plurality of first electrode groups and a plurality of second electrode groups. Each first electrode group includes a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of first connecting wires each electrically connecting two adjacent first electrodes. Each second electrode group includes a plurality of second electrodes and a plurality of bridge connecting wires each electrically connecting two adjacent second electrodes. The first electrode groups and the second electrodes of the second electrode groups are alternately formed on a surface of the insulating layer away from the substrate. The bridge connecting wires are formed on the surface of the substrate contacting with the insulating layer.
