Abstract: Provided is a low frequency electrode treatment device, and particularly, a low frequency electrode treatment device capable of performing the eye treatment and the sleep treatment simultaneously. The low frequency electrode treatment device, includes a substrate housing arranged in a forehead area on a rear surface of face frame so that a substrate equipped with a control circuit capable of performing at least one of eye treatment and sleep treatment is inserted, a substrate part for generating and controlling treatment waveform for performing at least one of eye treatment and sleep treatment, and an electrode module part, which is detachably provided in a module type so as to be electrically connected to the control circuit of the substrate part and performs stimulation treatment by electrodes, wherein the electrodes come into direct contact with at least two areas of user's facial skin and receive treatment signals transmitted according to electrical connection.
