Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of making a semiconductor device. The method includes forming a semiconductor stack on a substrate, wherein the semiconductor stack includes first semiconductor layers of a first semiconductor material and second semiconductor layers of a second semiconductor material alternatively stacked on the substrate; patterning the semiconductor stack and the substrate to form a trench and an active region being adjacent the trench; epitaxially growing a liner of the first semiconductor material on sidewalls of the trench and sidewalls of the active region; forming an isolation feature in the trench; performing a rapid thermal nitridation process, thereby converting the liner into a silicon nitride layer; and forming a cladding layer of the second semiconductor material over the silicon nitride layer.

Abstract: A Reticulocyte Growth Factor (RGF) and a preparing method and application thereof is provided. The factor is separated and purified from impurities of ?1-antitrypsin (from human plasma), and the fragment of a precursor of the antitrypsin is determined, and has very high function of promoting the generation of the reticulocyte of mice. Monoclonal antibody of EPO is not combined with the reticulocyte growth factor, which is labeled with I125, after the reticulocyte growth factor is combined with surface receptors of mouse bone marrow cells, the EPO cannot compete with the reticulocyte growth factor. The EPO and RGF are labeled with different fluorochromes, and it is proved that they have different receptors.

Abstract: A generator includes a base on which a power generating device and a power storage unit is connected. The power generating device includes a shaft with which a gear set is connected. The power storage unit includes an output member which is located at an outside of the casing of the generator. An operation unit includes a crank and a pedal, the crank is connected with the gear set so as to operate the power generating device. By the gear set, the crank needs to be operated few times to make the shaft of the power generating device to rotate by multiple times of the revolutions so as to efficiently generate power.
