  • Publication number: 20240141061
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an antibody binding specifically to CD55 or an antigen-binding fragment thereof; and a composition for preventing, treating and/or diagnosing cancer containing the same. The antibody of the present disclosure may be used as an effective therapeutic composition for various CD55-mediated diseases since it shows high binding ability and inhibitory effect for the CD55 protein which promotes tumor growth by inhibiting the complement immune mechanism. In addition, the antibody of the present disclosure may be usefully used as an effective therapeutic adjuvant that fundamentally removes drug resistance and remarkably improves therapeutic responsiveness in various diseases in which resistance to therapeutic agents with CDC (complement-dependent cytotoxicity) as a mechanism of action has been induced due to overexpression of CD55.

  • Publication number: 20240102745
Abstract: Heat exchanger comprising a pair of header tanks which are arranged to be spaced apart from each other, a plurality of tubes formed in two columns in the width direction so that both ends are connected to the pair of header tanks, and a plurality of fins interposed between the tubes and coupled to the tubes. The header tank is configured so that a first tank and a second tank are respectively coupled to one header having a central bent portion in the center portion in the width direction, which provides easy assembling of headers and tanks of two heat exchangers. Thermal stress caused by the temperature difference between two heat exchanging media is blocked so that damage to a coupling portion where the two heat exchangers are coupled or a bonding portion formed through brazing can be prevented. Thus, leakage of the heat exchanging medium can be prevented.

  • Patent number: 11883509
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for providing information for determining lung tumor through inhalation of a fluorescent contrast agent, more particularly to a method of inhaling a small amount of Indocyanine green. The present disclosure does not have the problem of the existing intravenous injection that the administered fluorescent contrast agent is distributed throughout the body. In addition, when comparing the cancer detection efficiency of inhalation administration and intravenous injection, the inhaled fluorescent contrast agent exhibits remarkably higher cancer detection effect than the intravenously injected fluorescent contrast agent.
