  • Publication number: 20110228454
Abstract: A housing of a portable electronic device includes a main body, a cover assembled to the main body, and a protecting member positioned between the main body and the cover and integral with the main body. A part of the protecting member forms a protruding first protection surface and a sunken second protection surface, a transition surface between the first protection surface and the second protection surface defines a third protection surface, and a protection flange is formed on the second protection surface. The first protection surface and the third protection surface tightly contact the cover to form a protection structure that prevents outside contamination from entering the housing, and the protection flange prevents contamination that passes through the protection structure from further entering the housing.

  • Publication number: 20100210446
Abstract: The present invention relates to a ceramic powder and special raw material and use thereof. The raw material of the ceramic powder comprises 20-80 mass parts of SiO2, 10-50 mass parts of AlF3 and 0-30 mass parts of regulator. The raw material for preparing the ceramic powder is mixed and crushed, followed by melted into liquid glass at 1200-1400° C., quenched to obtain the ceramic powder. The low temperature co-fired ceramic powder has the following advantages: low sintering temperature (750-850° C.) and controllable sintering shrinkage rate; the dielectric constant of the ceramic block prepared with the ceramic powder is adjustable between 4.5 and 10 (1 MHz), the dielectric loss is less than 0.002, the mechanical strength is high and the preparation process is simple. The ceramic powder may be used for electric devices such as ceramic substrate, resonator, etc. as well as in other microelectronic packaging.

  • Publication number: 20100028763
Abstract: A battery cover mechanism used in a portable electronic device includes a housing, a battery cover and an operating member. The housing has a first surface, a receiving groove defined therefrom for receiving a battery and an elastic arm disposed thereon adjacent to the receiving groove. The battery cover is detachably mounted on the housing to cover the receiving groove and defines a notch therethrough. The operating assembly comprises a pedestal and an operating member. The pedestal is fixedly mounted on the battery cover and releasably resisted by the elastic arm. The operating member is rotatably assembled with the pedestal and accommodated within the corresponding notch of the battery cover so as to make the elastic arm release the pedestal to detach the battery cover from the housing.

  • Publication number: 20060209065
Abstract: A method of occlusion culling of graphic objects, comprising the steps of storing a first mask and one or more depth values associated with areas inside and outside the mask for a pre-defined region, and evaluating the visibility of the primitive covering the same region, wherein visibility evaluation begins after the computation of the coverage mask of the primitive in the region, and the computation of one or more depth values representing the pixels of the primitive. The method of the present invention is a real-time method of generating per-region coverage mask and associated Z values after the second primitive is rendered in the same region, which can maximize the bandwidth savings for Z read for both overlapping and non-overlapping primitives, with different relations between their depth values.
