A network side device and the host are connected through a network side link, and the host and the extension are connected through a first terminal side link. The extension exchanges a call data packet with the network side device through the first terminal side link and the network side link. The extension and the host transmit the call data packet through a second terminal side link in response to determining that call quality of the extension is lower than a quality threshold. The first terminal side link is different from the second terminal side link.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides compositions that enable sustained release of a small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor, such as axitinib from a bioerodible polyester polymer implant for the treatment of disease. The composition is especially suitable for treating ophthalmic indications, such as neovascular age related macular degeneration and diabetic macular edema, by intravitreal injection of the implant. The implant is designed to be pre-loaded into a small diameter needle and injected via self-sealing scleral needle penetration at the pars plana. Small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors may be released from the implants over a period of one week to three years.

    Abstract: A method for determining a transformation between frames of reference for two inertial measurement units (IMUs) is disclosed. The transformation includes biases associated with the measurements of each of the IMUs and the extrinsic details can include relative differences in the position and orientation of the IMUs. The IMUs may be mechanically coupled to a frame so that their movements are related. The IMUs can be coupled to a pair of displays in a head-mounted device (e.g., smart glasses) so that a display spacing between for a pair of stereoscopic displays can be accurately determined and adjusted to match the eyes of the user.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for separating SSCs from a frozen testicular tissue, and belongs to the field of cell biology. In the present disclosure, the method includes the following steps: resuscitating a frozen testicular tissue, digesting the resuscitated testicular tissue with a collagenase IV and a DNase I until seminiferous tubules are exposed and tube walls become coarse; washing the digested testicular tissue with a DPBS, conducting centrifugation and culture until cells migrate; collecting the migrated cells, and enriching and purifying SSCs. The method can maintain a milieu interieur of the SSCs to the greatest extent, and therefore cell viability, and less cell damages. Therefore, the method can be used for the separation of SSCs from frozen testicular tissues.
