    Abstract: A tandem solar cell and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The tandem solar cell includes a bottom solar cell, a silicon suboxide thin film disposed over the bottom solar cell, a transparent conductive thin film disposed over the silicon suboxide thin film, and a top solar cell disposed on the transparent conductive thin film and series connected to the bottom solar cell. The silicon suboxide thin film has a refractive index of 2.0 to 3.5 for a visible light with a wavelength of 700 nm to 750 nm, and the transparent conductive thin film has a refractive index of 1.7 to 2.1 for the visible light with the wavelength of 700 nm to 750 nm. The tandem solar cell can achieve better optical matching and increase conversion efficiency.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating a semiconductor device includes providing a dummy structure having a plurality of channel layers, an inner spacer disposed between adjacent channels of the plurality of channel layers and at a lateral end of the channel layers, and a gate structure including a gate dielectric layer and a metal layer interposing the plurality of channel layers. The dummy structure is disposed at an active edge adjacent to an active region. A metal gate etching process is performed to remove the metal layer from the gate structure while the gate dielectric layer remains disposed at a channel layer-inner spacer interface. After performing the metal gate etching process, a dry etching process is performed to form a cut region along the active edge. The gate dielectric layer disposed at the channel layer-inner spacer interface prevents the dry etching process from damaging a source/drain feature within the adjacent active region.

Additionally, using a heat value based on nuclear size and nuclear intensity allowed for visualization or identification of proliferation centers (PCs) and also could be used to diagnose tissue samples from subjects with CLL. Some embodiments use unsupervised clustering to divide lymphoid cells into different cell types, and feature values of these cell types can be used to classify disorders. Methods and systems may accurately and efficiently diagnose levels of a disorder. Diagnosis may be performed with less biological sample (e.g., from a core-needle biopsy), resulting in a more rapid and minimally invasive biopsy.
