Abstract: The present invention provides, among other things, devices, kits, apparatus, and methods for rapid homogenous cell staining and imaging. Particularly, in some embodiments, the present invention can immunochemically stain a cell or a tissue in less than 60 seconds without washing. In some embodiments, the present invention stains and observes analyte (protein or nucleic acid) inside a cell in 60 seconds without washing.

Abstract: A video playing method and apparatus are described that implement an adaptively varied playing speed, and meet a playing setting of a user, thereby improving viewing experience of the user in a video played at an adaptively varied speed. The method includes obtaining a first playing speed and obtaining first information. The first information includes image information of a video and/or voice information of the video. The method further includes playing the video at a second playing speed that is obtained based on the first playing speed and the first information.

Abstract: A verifying method for an error checking and correcting (ECC) circuit of a static random-access memory (SRAM) is provided. The SRAM comprises a storage unit, an ECC circuit and a checking circuit. The ECC circuit receives an original data and an output first data. The checking circuit obtains a second data according to an error-injecting mask. The checking circuit performs a bit operation on the first data and the second data to obtain a third data. The checking circuit writes the third data into a test target area of the storage unit and the written data as a fourth data. The checking circuit reads the fourth data from the test target area. The ECC circuit obtains a fifth data and an error message according to the fourth data. The checking circuit obtains the bit error detection result according to the error message and the second data.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for animating transition among a dynamic graph series including a preceding graph and a succeeding graph which are temporally sequentially displayed. The method includes: selecting an unchanged node which is the nearest to a removed node and merging through animation the removed node with the unchanged node, thereby animating removal of the removed node; and selecting an unchanged node which is the nearest to an added node and splitting through animation the added node from the unchanged node, thereby animating addition of the added node. During the animation, the moving distances of the nodes can be shortened, and the crossing of movement paths and the crossing of graph edges can be prevented during the movement of the nodes, thereby visualizing smoothly and clearly transition among dynamic graph series.

Disc image files stored in a disc image file server are transmitted from the disc image file server to a product line server according to a product schedule stored in the disc image file server. The product schedule file records time schedules for the disc image files to be transmitted to the product line server. The product line server determines whether a needed disc image file exists in the product line server, and requests the disc image file server to transmit the needed disc image file to the product line server if the needed disc image file does not exist in the product line server. The product line server transmits the needed disc image file to the client if the needed disc image file exists in the product line server.

Abstract: A method and system of producing a visual text summarization. According to the method, a plurality of topics may be extracted from a collection of text documents, where each of the topics comprises a distribution of topic keywords. An importance ranking for each of the topics may be determined, and an importance ranking for each of the topic keywords of a topic may also be determined. A graph may be displayed having a plurality of stacked layers representing a group of topics selected from the plurality of topics based on the importance ranking of the topics. A keyword cloud within each layer of the graph may also be displayed, where the one keyword cloud is a group of topic keywords selected from the extracted topic keywords based on the importance ranking of the extracted topic keywords.

A graph may be displayed having a plurality of stacked layers representing a group of topics selected from the plurality of topics based on the importance ranking of the topics. A keyword cloud within each layer of the graph may also be displayed, where the one keyword cloud is a group of topic keywords selected from the extracted topic keywords based on the importance ranking of the extracted topic keywords.
