    Abstract: A pixel array substrate includes a substrate, first and second scan lines, data lines, and pixel structures. The first and second scan lines are disposed alternately and are enabled for different time durations in the same frame time. The data lines intersect with the first and second scan lines. Each of the pixel structures includes first and second active devices, and a pixel electrode. The first and second active devices are turned on and off by the first and second scan lines, respectively. The pixel electrode is connected to the first active device which is connected to one of the data lines by being connected to the second active device. A distance between the first and second scan lines adjacent to each other is a third to a half of a pitch of the pixel structures.

The first metal layer and the second metal layer extend from the active region to the wiring region to respectively define a plurality of first wirings and second wirings.     Abstract: A measuring method for a frequency modulation continuous wave radar level meter is performed after presetting a previous-cycle weight and a current-cycle weight and acquiring a measured result in a previous cycle, and has steps of constantly transmitting a frequency modulation (FM) signal and receiving multiple reflected signals, obtaining a frequency difference between the FM signal and each reflected signal, selecting a characteristic frequency from a frequency spectrum, and calculating a measured result in the current cycle taken as the measured result in the previous cycle for calculating a measured result in a next cycle with a sum of a product of the measured result in the previous cycle and the previous-cycle weight and a product of a distance corresponding to the characteristic frequency so as to reduce variations of the measured result in each cycle and facilitate statistical analysis.
