    Abstract: The disclosure discloses construction and application of an engineered strain of E. coli for producing malic acid by fixing CO2, and belongs to the field of fermentation. The engineered strain is obtained by performing genetic engineering transformation on Escherichia coli MG1655; the genetic engineering transformation includes knocking out a fumarate reductase gene, a fumarase gene, a lactate dehydrogenase gene and an alcohol dehydrogenase gene and freely overexpressing a formate dehydrogenase, an acetyl coenzyme A synthetase, an acylated acetaldehyde dehydrogenase, a formaldehyde lyase, a dihydroxyacetone kinase, a malic enzyme and a phosphite oxidoreductase to obtain a strain GH0407. The strain is used for producing malic acid by fermentation, anaerobic fermentation is performed for 72 hours with CO2 and glucose as a co-substrate, the production of malic acid reaches 39 g/L, the yield is 1.53 mol/mol, and accumulation of malic acid in the original strain is not achieved.

    Abstract: An image rendering method and apparatus, an electronic device, and the like are provided, and may be applied to the terminal field. The method includes: obtaining, by a central processing unit CPU, an image command stream used to render an image frame, and comparing the image command stream with a previous image command stream; and when a same drawing command exists in the two image command streams, instructing a graphics processing unit GPU to render the image frame based on a previously generated drawing target. In other words, the GPU may reuse a drawing target of a same drawing command in different image frames, thereby reducing a process of generating the drawing target, and further reducing load of the GPU.

The method includes: determining, from a plurality of slave nodes, a fault slave node that communicates abnormally with a master node in the battery management system; selecting a target slave node from the plurality of slave nodes, wherein the target slave node is a slave node that communicates normally with both the master node and the fault slave node; transmitting frequency conversion information to the target slave node, so that the target slave node forwards the frequency conversion information to the fault slave node, and the fault slave node performs a frequency conversion based on the frequency conversion information; and transmitting information with the fault slave node using a frequency after the frequency conversion. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the reliability of wireless communication in the battery management system can be improved.

    Abstract: Aircraft and methods and systems for determining airspeed of an aircraft. The methods and systems allow for calculation of airspeed in near-ground and on-ground aircraft operation. A GPS altitude and a vertical acceleration of the aircraft are obtained for a current time frame. A geometric altitude for the previous time frame is determined, and the difference between the GPS altitude and geometric altitude are combined with the vertical acceleration to calculate a geometric altitude rate of change. The geometric altitude rate of change is used to calculate a pressure altitude rate of change, which is used to calculate a pressure altitude for the aircraft. A static pressure is calculated from the pressure altitude, and the airspeed is calculated using the static pressure.

The system is caused to determine a body-axis lift coefficient based on the plurality of operating parameters, which corresponds to a lift of the aircraft created along a vertical body-axis. The system is also caused to determine a dynamic pressure, which is used to estimate the airspeed parameters.
