  • Patent number: 12241518
Abstract: Various embodiments of a system and method for reducing vibrations in and inspecting a suspended cable are described. In one embodiment, a vibration control robot includes a frame roller cage configured to roll open and closed around a cable, a drive system comprising a motor system to maneuver the robot along the cable, and a vibration absorption system to admit and absorb mechanical vibrations from the cable. The vibration absorption system can include a messenger cable segment of a predetermined length, where the messenger cable segment is mechanically coupled with the frame to admit mechanical vibrations on the cable. The vibration absorption system can also include an absorbing counterweight tip mass, a sliding mass, and a permanent magnet of an electromagnetic transducer device, to convert the mechanical vibrations in the messenger cable into electrical energy.

  • Publication number: 20240347633
Abstract: A semiconductor structure includes, from bottom to top or from top to bottom, a gate electrode, a ferroelectric dielectric layer, a metal-rich metal oxide layer, a dielectric metal nitride layer, and a metal oxide semiconductor layer. A ferroelectric field effect transistor may be provided by forming a source region and a drain region on the metal oxide semiconductor layer. The metal-rich metal oxide layer and the dielectric metal nitride layer homogenize and stabilize the interface between the ferroelectric dielectric layer and the metal oxide semiconductor layer, and reduce excess oxygen atoms at the interface, thereby improving switching characteristics of the ferroelectric field effect transistor.

  • Patent number: 10637679
Abstract: A smart home scene switching method and system are disclosed. In the method and system, a priority order of several scenes is calculated dynamically according to status parameters of a current scene and/or historical record of past scenes, and scenes are sequentially switched according to the priority order, based on an event causing scene change and a switching rule between the event and the scene. The smart home scene switching method and system expand switching and selecting of smart home scenes. The scenes are switched according to the priority order, thus simplifying user's switching and selecting operation on scenes and further improving the efficiency of switching scenes, which improves the reliability and stability of smart home scene switching.

  • Patent number: 7254435
Abstract: In a method and magnetic resonance imaging apparatus wherein magnetic resonance signals are simultaneously received from an examination subject by multiple reception coils, a single, uninterrupted pulse sequence is executed which includes reference scans of the subject with a first sequence kernel that is optimized for coil sensitivity calibration, immediately followed by a series of accelerated image scans with a second sequence kernel, different from the first sequence kernel, that is optimized for imaging. Coil sensitivity maps for the respective coils are calculated from the data acquired in the reference scans, and an image of the subject is reconstructed by operating on the image data with a parallel reconstruction algorithm employing the calculated coil sensitivity maps.
