The patterned transparent conductive layer is disposed on the substrate, and includes a plurality of first sensing pads and a plurality of second sensing pads, and each first sensing pad and each sensing pad adjacent thereto have a first gap between them that exposing the substrate. The color compensation layer is disposed on the substrate in the first gap, and is not in contact with the patterned transparent conductive layer.
