The peripheral component includes a metal line and a black matrix. The protection component includes a seal, a support spacer, a Tuffy adhesive, a black adhesive, and a passivation layer. The Tuffy adhesive is attached on a side portion of the substrate, to completely cover the metal line and the black matrix.
