    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for a wireless device to perform methods to implement mechanisms for a UE to request a beam quality measurement procedure. A user equipment device may be configured to perform a method including performing transmitting a request to perform a beam quality measurement procedure for downlink receptions (e.g., a P3 procedure) to a base station/network entity, receiving instructions to perform the beam quality measurement procedure from the base station, and transmitting results of the beam quality measurement procedure to the base station. In some embodiments, transmission of the request may be response to at least one trigger condition and/or detection of a condition at the UE. The request may include an indication of a preferred timing offset. The instructions to perform the beam quality measurement procedure may include a schedule for the beam quality measurement.

    Abstract: The invention provides a recombinant Escherichia coli strain for producing succinic acid and a construction method thereof. The by-product encoding genes in the E. coli strain FMME-N-2 are knocked out to obtain the E. coli strain FMME-N-5 (?focA-pflB-?ldhA-?pta-ackA); and the phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase pck derived from Actinobacillus succinogenes and the phosphite dehydrogenase ptxD derived from Pseudomonas stutzeri were overexpressed. The constructed plasmid pTrcHisA-pck-ptxD was introduced into the expression host E. coli FMME-N-5 (?focA-pflB-?ldhA-?pta-ackA), and the cells were screened in a plate containing ampicillin, to obtain an engineered strain E. coli FMME-N-5 (?focA-pflB-?ldhA-?pta-ackA)-pck-ptxD that can efficiently produce succinic acid. After fermentation by a two-stage fermentation strategy, the production of succinic acid reaches 137 g/L, the yield of succinic acid is up to 1 g/g glucose, and the space time yield is 1.

The transmission may be received on at least a portion of the unlicensed frequency channel. The wireless device may decode a channel occupancy time field of the transmission from the second cell. The wireless device may determine a channel occupancy time of the transmission from the second cell based at least in part on the channel occupancy time field.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) passively determines the presence of a cellular network bottleneck in a downlink channel and may take appropriate actions to mitigate the bottleneck. The UE may analyze the transport block size (TBS) of slots of received downlink traffic and assign states the to various slots based on this analysis. Based on these assigned states, the UE may identify a burst of network traffic from network traffic received from the cellular network, and the UE may also determine the burst duration as well as a busy estimation. The UE may determine that the cellular network is experiencing a bottleneck based at least in part on the burst duration and the busy estimation.
