    Abstract: The disclosure provides a resin cleaning device and method. The resin cleaning device includes a control system, a treatment unit, a driving unit, and a feedback assembly. The treatment unit, the driving unit, and the feedback assembly are respectively in communication connection with the control system. The treatment unit is configured for treating a member-to-be-cleaned so as to reduce a viscosity of resin on the member-to-be-cleaned. The driving unit is configured for driving the member-to-be-cleaned to rotate. The feedback assembly is configured for acquiring a position signal of the member-to-be-cleaned and feeding the position signal back to the control system, such that the control system controls the treatment unit and the driving unit according to the position signal. Through the above manner, a more intelligent resin cleaning process with a better cleaning effect may be realized.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a pleuromutilin derivative containing thiazole-pyridine benzyl quaternary ammonium salt side chain and a preparation method and use thereof and belongs to the field of medicinal chemistry. A pleuromutilin derivative with thiazole-pyridine benzyl quaternary ammonium salt side chain is successfully prepared by structural reconstruction of pleuromutilin and then structural modification with a quaternary ammonium salt compound. This compound synthesis method has the advantages of easily available raw materials, simple operation and high product yield, and is suitable for industrial production. The results of in vitro pharmacological experiments show that the pleuromutilin derivative of the present invention have good antibacterial and anti-mycoplasma activities, as well as good solubility, and these results show that the pleuromutilin derivative is of great value in the development of an anti-pathogenic microorganism drug.

    Abstract: A method of preparing a Paris polyphylla saponin extract includes: (1) adding Paris polyphylla saponin in 60-90% ethanol to obtain a mixture, heating the mixture under reflux for 2-4 hours; (2) concentrating the mixture to ΒΌ volume, centrifuging the mixture to obtain a supernatant A and a precipitate A, adding the precipitate A to 60-80% ethanol to obtain a supernatant B and a precipitate B, washing the precipitate B with water and petroleum ether and drying; and (3) combining the supernatant A and the supernatant B, mixing with a macroporous adsorption resin, loading to a chromatography column, eluting the chromatography column with water and 80-90% ethanol, collecting an ethanol eluent, concentrating the ethanol eluent to obtain an eluent extract, and combining the eluent extract and the precipitate B and drying to obtain the Paris polyphylla saponin extract.
