    Abstract: Provided by the present disclosure are a 4D (four-dimensional) intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) imaging system, an ultrasonic imaging method and an ultrasonic imaging apparatus. The system at least includes an interventional catheter, an external mechanical driving apparatus, and an ultrasonic host. The interventional catheter includes a miniature ultrasonic probe located at a distal end. The ultrasonic host is connected to the miniature ultrasonic probe, and used to output an acoustic wave driving signal. The miniature ultrasonic probe is used to emit the acoustic wave driving signal intermittently. The mechanical driving apparatus is used to drive the probe to rotate unidirectionally and uniformly in the interventional catheter when the probe emits the acoustic wave driving signal, thus performing mechanical 4D scanning imaging. The miniature ultrasonic probe is also used to receive an echo signal of the acoustic wave driving signal, and to transmit the echo signal to the ultrasonic host.

When status signals from the battery cell are collected, signals from at least one collection point of the sampling module are directly transmitted by the electrode terminal. In this way, the sampling module is integrated on the end cover and at least one conductor is electrically connected to the electrode terminal, which changes the conventional method of transmitting signals to CMC through a flexible circuit board and wiring harness, avoids the transmission of status signals from being affected by factors such as interference coupling and wiring harness short-circuiting, shortens the signal transmission path, and improves the reliability of signal collection by the sampling module.

    Abstract: A preparation method of a Lentinula edodes polysaccharide rich in ?-glucan includes: (1) extracting the Lentinula edodes polysaccharide to obtain a filtrate; (2) concentrating the filtrate to obtain a supernatant; (3) precipitating a crude Lentinula edodes polysaccharide from the supernatant using anhydrous ethanol to obtain a first precipitate; and (4) purifying the first precipitate to obtain the Lentinula edodes polysaccharide. The Lentinula edodes polysaccharide rich in the ?-glucan has stable quality, and its yield, polysaccharide content and ?-glucan content are significantly improved compared with water extraction and alcohol precipitation methods in the related art. In vitro pharmacological experiments prove that the Lentinula edodes polysaccharide rich in the ?-glucan has good anti-inflammatory activity and can be applied to preparation of drugs or health foods.
