Abstract: Novel cytokine combinations comprising the combination of a type I cytokine, e.g., interleukin-2 (IL-2), or an IL-2 superkine variant (super-2); and a type II cytokine, e.g., IL-33 or IL-25 are provided for use in treating cancer or infection, e.g., solid tumors. These cytokines may be administered in soluble form or may be expressed by cells, e.g., immune cells which express an endogenous or chimeric receptor which binds to target cells, e.g., cancer cells such as those in a solid tumor.

Abstract: The technology of this application relates to a data read/write apparatus and an electronic device, which relate to the data storage field, and can improve data read/write performance. The data read/write apparatus includes a first laser, configured to output a first optical pulse based on a control signal, where the control signal is a signal obtained based on to-be-written data, a dispersion compensator, configured to perform dispersion compensation on the first optical pulse to output a second optical pulse, and an optical fiber lens, connected to the dispersion compensator by using an optical fiber, and configured to focus the second optical pulse onto an optical storage medium, to write the to-be-written data to the optical storage medium.

Embodiments include determining a compiler for the machine learning model based on the one or more attributes or the one or more default behaviors, wherein the compiler is stored in a registry. Abstract: Techniques for migrating a stateful workload between a source container cluster and a destination container cluster that have different storage backends are provided. In one set of embodiments, these techniques involve creating and running, at the time of the migration, transfer processes in the source and destination container clusters respectively, where (1) the source-side transfer process mounts the workload's persistent volumes (referred to as source persistent volumes) in the source container cluster, and (2) the destination-side transfer process mounts destination persistent volumes that have been dynamically provisioned in the destination container cluster in accordance with the specifications of the source persistent volumes.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and system for application loading, the method comprising: receiving from the client a method tag request triggered on the basis of the tagging method of the application; retrieving the method tag in a method tag index store; obtaining, in response to the method tag being retrieved, a method content body corresponding to the method tag; and sending the method content body to the client. The present invention reduces the number of redundant codes to be loaded, thereby accelerating the application loading time.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for configuring relevant parameters of MapReduce applications. The method includes: receiving a request for processing a first MapReduce job; obtaining job feature attributes of historical MapReduce jobs; searching out a job feature attribute of a second MapReduce job associated with the first MapReduce job from within the job feature attributes of the historical MapReduce jobs; configuring relevant parameters of the first MapReduce job based on the job feature attribute of the second MapReduce job. According to this method of configuring parameters, network overheads of file transfer can be effectively reduced, the method of configuring parameters of the MapReduce job can be processed locally as much as possible, thereby effectively increasing system resource utilization while reducing the administrator's configuration burden. An apparatus for configuring relevant parameters of MapReduce application is also provided.

The vehicle management method comprises: acquiring by a client device a vehicle identification; receiving by a vehicle management server an authentication request from the client device, the authentication request including the vehicle identification and a user identification of the client device; authenticating by the vehicle management server the vehicle identification and the user identification to permit a continuously available state of the vehicle; sending by the vehicle management server a use permission of the continuously available state to a vehicle; and receiving by the vehicle the use permission to continue its available state. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the user experience can be improved.

Abstract: A method and system for generating a job alert. According to embodiments of the present invention, before a target job is processed, a characteristic of input and output of the target job in at least one stage is determined through analyzing a historical job, and a resource overhead associated with the processing of the target job is calculated based on the characteristic of input and output. Then, an alert for the target job is generated in response to the resource overhead exceeding a predetermined threshold. In such manner, an alert for the target job can be proactively generated before the resource overhead problem occurs, so as to enable an administrator or developer to discover a fault in advance and adopt measures actively to avoid loss and damage to the intermediate results or output data when the target job is processed.
