Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of displaying search result data, a search server and a mobile device. The method includes: receiving, at a server, a search request sent by a mobile device, the search request includes a search keyword; performing, by the server, a search based on the search keyword and obtaining search result data, where the search result data includes the search keyword; converting, by the server, the search keyword in the search result data into an abbreviated indicator; and returning, by the server, the search result data that includes the abbreviated indicator, the search result data that includes the abbreviated indicator being used for display on an interface of the mobile device in an abbreviated manner. The present disclosure can improve a utilization rate of an interface space of a mobile device and saves the amount of online traffic for a user.
