    Abstract: A refrigeration appliance includes a storage compartment having opposite side walls and a rear wall therebetween. Each side wall includes a mounting portion. A shelf assembly is mounted on the storage compartment by the mounting portion and moves along a front-rear direction of the storage compartment limited by the mounting portion. The shelf assembly includes at least two first conductive terminals, and the first conductive terminal is located at a rear portion of the shelf assembly. A light source assembly on the shelf assembly includes a circuit substrate and a light source on the circuit substrate. A power supply portion located at a rear portion of the storage compartment supplies power to the light source and includes power supply terminal units on the rear wall close to corresponding side walls. The first conductive terminal maintains electrical connection with the power supply terminal unit due to the mounting portion.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for decoding and encoding point cloud data are described herein. A method may include accessing point cloud data compressed based on a tree structure. The method may further comprise fetching points in a neighborhood associated with a current node of the tree structure, and computing a feature using a point-based neural network module, based on three-dimensional (3D) locations of the fetched points. The method may include predicting, using a neural network module, an occupancy symbol distribution for the current node based on the feature, and determining the occupancy for the current node from the encoded bitstream and the predicted occupancy symbol distribution. The method may include computing another feature using a convolution-based neural network module, based on a voxelized version of the fetched points, and fusing the feature and the another feature with one or more known features of a current node to compose a comprehensive feature.

    Abstract: One embodiment provides a system and method for generating vectorized maps. During operation, the system can obtain labeled training samples comprising images and vectorized ground truth information associated with the images. The system can generate, based on a machine learning model, a prediction output for each training sample, the prediction output comprising a vectorized map. The system can apply a differentiable rasterization technique to a vectorized map element within the vectorized map to obtain a segmentation mask, apply the differentiable rasterization technique to the vectorized ground truth information associated with the vectorized map element to obtain a ground truth segmentation mask, compute a segmentation loss function based on the segmentation mask and the ground truth mask, and update the machine learning model based on the segmentation loss function, thereby facilitating optimized generation of vectorized maps.

Further, an objective bitstream of the objective image is obtained based on the adjusted coded representation. Thus, more efficient image encoding can be realized.

    Abstract: Group III-nitride based high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) are provided. The HEMTs combine a high-aluminum-content barrier layer with a recessed gate that provides the HEMTs with a very low channel sheet resistance and enables high-power, high-frequency operation. A thick barrier layer increases the distance between the two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) channel and traps at the exposed surface of the group III-nitride barrier layer, thereby reducing or eliminating current collapse. The recessed gate provides a reduced barrier layer thickness below the gate, reducing the distance between the gate and allowing for good modulation of the 2DEG by the gate.

The solar cell provided according to the present application can reduce the total thickness of the polycrystalline silicon layer, so that a thinner polycrystalline silicon layer can reduce parasitic absorption, thereby increasing short-circuit current. Moreover, the risk of slurry burning through the tunneling oxide layer is reduced by the barrier layer, while reducing metal recombination, which increases the open circuit voltage of the solar cell, thereby improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell.
