Abstract: Provided is a movable electro-hydraulic composite drive spraying robot with a large working space, comprising movable bases, there being a plurality of movable bases cooperatively arranged for bearing a drive rope adjustment module, profile supporting columns in the driving rope adjusting module respectively being fixed on the movable bases, the plurality of movable bases encircling an operating space, a adjustable auxiliary motion platform that is movable being erected in the operating space, a rotary motion platform being arranged below the adjustable auxiliary motion platform, the adjustable auxiliary motion platform and the rotary motion platform being connected by means of a hydraulic push rod, the bottom end surface of the rotary motion platform being provided with a spray gun, and a balance mechanism and a fixed support mechanism for balancing the traction force of the rope and maintaining the balance of the mechanism also being mounted on the movable bases.

The polishing and dust extraction module comprises a double-layer dust extraction cover (3), a protective cover (2), an industrial brush (4), a first air guide portion, a second air guide portion (24) and a drive motor (22), the drive motor (22) driving the industrial brush (4) to rotate at high speed to perform polishing. During welding and polishing, a mechanical arm (6) drives the double-layer dust extraction cover (3), and a suction hole (20) of the double-layer dust extraction cover (3) and a suction guide hole (19) on the industrial brush (4) simultaneously take in toxic gas and debris such as iron filings.

Abstract: A mouth operated input system that includes a controller and a mouth operated input device that is operably coupled to at least one device so as to provide input control thereof. The mouth operated input device includes a joystick module and an activation module operably coupled thereto. The activation module includes an activation module control board and further has mounted thereto a first actuator and a second actuator. The first actuator is mounted to be engaged by a user's mouth. The second actuator is mounted to the housing of the activation module and is configured as an optical switch. The activation module is movable in all directions so as to provide movement of the joystick operably coupled thereto. The controller of the present invention includes a database that stores input data from the joystick module and the first and second actuators. Multiple modes of operation are provided by the controller.
